Twitter has launched a new creator accelerator program on its audio chat platform Spaces to "identify and reward" approximately 150 innovators with technical, financial, and marketing assistance. The three-month 'Twitter Spaces Spark' accelerator program is a pilot initiative.
Those selected will get a monthly stipend of $2,500, $500 in monthly ad credits to advertise their Spaces on Twitter, and early access to new Twitter features.
Twitter's official social media accounts will assist them, as well as "options for preferential in-app discoverability for high-performing Spaces."

"We're looking for regular material for Spaces from up-and-coming creators who are enthusiastic about the live social audio format. We wish to assist you, whether you have an ongoing program that you've been presenting for weeks or a brand new topic that you'd want to try "Twitter stated in a statement.

Twitter has also announced the debut of paid 'Ticketed Spaces' for iOS users, which will allow select speakers to sell entry to Ticketed Spaces through Twitter's live audio feature.

Twitter originally said that Ticketed Spaces will receive a 3% cut of creative income. Twitter announced in May that its live audio conversation app Spaces will be accessible to the public, competing with Clubhouse, an invite-only audio chat service.
